Description
The project aimed to transform a vacant site into a modern retail centre, providing the local community with shopping convenience and valuable employment opportunities. The centrepiece of the development was a cutting-edge SPAR Supermarket, spanning an impressive 5,400 square feet of retail space, complemented by associated services, 22 car parking spaces, and amenity space for the community.
The project aimed to revitalise the site, previously outlined for retail development, and bring to life a small retail centre to meet the shopping needs of the local population. The build which took 22 weeks to complete saw the areas transformed from a disused site to an integrated community hub for hundreds of local homes.
