Tighe Group, a nationwide full-service painting contractor, required a modern, purpose-built head office, workshop facility and Storage Yard that could support their growing operations. Their ambition was to bring together administrative, operational and welfare functions within a single, highly efficient development—while ensuring the building could adapt to future growth.
