Description
Gelder Group successfully completed a comprehensive renovation project at North Lindsey College within 10 weeks and a budget of £250,000. The project involved craning a building onto site in seven sections onto concrete pads, followed by joining, cladding, and fully fitting the interior with classrooms, toilets, reception area, office space, and a kitchen. Additionally, ramps, footpaths, a soft play area, and fencing were added to the playground, enhancing accessibility and outdoor amenities for students.
Throughout the project, Gelder Group maintained stringent quality control measures, conducting regular inspections and tests to uphold construction standards and deliver a reliable final product.
