Gelder Living are pleased to announce that it has received planning permission for four bungalows on land off Church Lane, Springthorpe.
Work will now begin on discharging the planning conditions, completing ground tests and working up construction drawings.
It is hoped that work will commence on site in 2024 with the first properties being ready for sale in 2025.
