Description
The Gelder Group were entrusted by Bishop Grosseteste University to convert the existing workshop into offices for the Administration Department. The project included the construction and installation of a new pitched roof, external boarding, cedar cladding, replacement windows and full internal and external decoration with new carpet tile floor finishes. The heating system was fully redesigned and the electrical installation renewed.
