Description
Bishop Grosseteste University was looking for a Contractor that was competent in working within a ‘live’ educational environment area. The works comprised of the construction of a new staircase to form a new fire escape route, the remodelling of the existing accommodation including a full refurbishment to the current suites. In addition, the scheme provided new disabled facilities as well as en-suite and kitchenette areas to the adjoining rooms. Works were carried out within operational facilities, careful planning and liaison with the Client enabled us to produce a high-quality build, with the highest standard of safety with minimal disruption as well as the ability to co-ordinate works with very little disruption to the surroundings.
