The new primary school consists of eight new classrooms, hall, ancillary accommodation, reception, and staff facilities. The building is constructed using a steel frame with metsec external walls and partitioning.

Externally the building is clad in Trespa Cladding Panels and Sto render with facing brickwork used at low level for detailing and perimeter retaining wall.

The shallow pitched roof being covered in a composite roof.  The building is positioned to maximise use of sunlight and hosts a variety of renewable technology such as solar panels and passive ventilation.
