Gelder Group is pleased to announce that Gareth Jones from PPG has emerged as the Quarter 1 champion of the company’s renowned 6-Dart Challenge, achieving an impressive score of 133.
Each quarter, all visitors to Gelder Group’s head office are invited to take part in this exciting challenge. Participants throw six darts – with no practice shots – and the highest recorded score at the end of the quarter claims the coveted trophy and prize.
The award was presented by Martin Ward, Group Procurement Manager, who congratulated Gareth on his outstanding performance.
However, not everyone had a day to remember—Robin Lee from Streets took home the unofficial title of “Wooden Spoon,” with a score of 14 proving once again that accountants are better at balancing books than aiming darts! Maybe next quarter, Robin… or maybe just stick to the spreadsheets.
