Gelder Group has celebrated the dedication and loyalty of its employees at its annual Long Service Awards, recognising colleagues who have collectively achieved an impressive 315 years of service with the company. The awards recognise employees reaching significant milestones, starting at five years and continuing in five-year increments, celebrating the contribution that long-serving members of the team have made to Gelder Group’s continued success.
Among this year’s recipients were two members of staff celebrating an outstanding 25 years with Gelder Group, each marking a quarter of a century with the Lincolnshire-based construction company.
The combined 315 years of service represented across this year’s award recipients reflects the wealth of knowledge, experience and commitment that exists throughout the business.
