Tyler, a valued member of our Facilities, Repairs, and Maintenance division, has officially completed his bricklaying apprenticeship, marking the start of a promising career. From day one, he has demonstrated hard work, resilience, and a passion for his trade, and his dedication has truly paid off.
His Manager, Rob Sanderson commented, “Tyler has shown incredible growth and determination throughout his apprenticeship. He’s a fantastic example of what can be achieved with the right attitude and training. We’re proud to have him as part of the FRM team and excited to see his future contributions to the industry.”
Tyler remarked, “ I have enjoyed my bricklaying apprenticeship. I have had such an amazing group of lads to work with. My mentor is probably the reason I’ve got through it. I’ve learnt a lot of different skills during my apprenticeship. Rob has also been supportive, giving me good advice. I would recommend an apprenticeship to anyone who is willing to do the hard work for the long-term rewards.”
Tyler’s success is a testament to the value of apprenticeships and the opportunities they create.
