Gelder Group have achieved Practical Completion on a complex student accommodation block for the University of Lincoln ready for the intake of students in September/October. The much needed accommodation will help to house part of the huge influx of students to the Universities new Medical School. Motorist will also be happy as the left filter lane on Newland, which has been used for access throughout the build, has also been opened back up.

The site has been an extremely challenging site due to the site constraints, neighbouring properties and the ongoing issues the building industry faces with Covid and Brexit. Gelders have been a great team to work with throughout and we are delighted to have now completed the project.
