New Spa & Beauty Parlour The Bentley Hotel, Lincoln

Description

Works included a new 2 Storey Spa facility, hairdressing salon and changing rooms for the Bentley Hotel. Initially an 18 week D&B Contract but completed in 14 weeks exceeding all expectations of an already extremely tight Contract Programme. The Spa is to serve members of public as well as hotel guests, boasting a state of the art Spa facility featuring an Aromatherapy Pod, Rasul mud room, Steam Room, Foot Spas, together with Monsoon & Mist showers.

A new Hair & Beauty salon was also included together with 7 Treatment Rooms inc St Tropez, Pedicure, Dry Floatation Rooms. The project also included an integral fully controllable, entertainment system offering atmospheric / mood audio throughout the Spa facility and communal Relaxation post treatment suite. The scheme was constructed with no disruption to the daily operations of the Hotel. Works included power float floor construction, concrete first floor planks, cavity walls, fink trusses, aluminium windows, brick tile and feature gable truss to match existing hotel.
