Gelder Group have secured planning permission for 14 apartments in Lincoln City Centre. The development was approved during Lincoln City Councils Planning meeting in October and adds yet another development site to the Gelder Living brand.
The site received overwhelming support from the planning department who commented during the meeting:
The design is of a high quality and would deliver 14 new apartments in this important location without causing harm to amenity…the applicant is blending contemporary elements with traditional materials and form and we would recommend that the applicant has done this successfully.
