Gelder Living has secured a further development site. The joint venture agreement with the landowners will see twelve high quality properties developed on a site in Saxilby.
Gelder Living has completed 49 properties during the course of the past 24 months as it delivers on both it’s Vision 2017 and 2020 commitments of being ‘Enterprising in our approach to new developments’ and a developer of homes that ‘Improves communities’.
Gelder Living has plans to develop a further 23 high quality homes in 2021 and now has a pipeline of a further 52 plots for 2022 and beyond.
