Description
Gelder Group were asked to complete rectification works at Rockingham Road after the Client had received a water ingress complaint. Following investigation works it was discovered that the ground levels, upper floor and ACO drainage all bridged the original tanking system. The project comprised of removing, repairing and refitting the ACO drain, excavating and re-instating the driveway surface, tanking, the application of WATstop to the basement to provide a waterproof membrane and associated remedial works including decoration to the property.
