Gelder Group are currently rebuilding the £2.1m block of residential flats in Boston that where burned down in 2022. The 48 week program is being managed by Jamie Cocks who is progressing the build ahead of build program. The 11 residential flats now have the steel works erected and works will be completed by November.
Jamie commented on the build:
Work has been progressing well despite all the rain we’ve received and we are ahead of schedule to complete the build and have residents in before Christmas.
