Gelder Group is delighted to announce that its Facilities, Repair & Maintenance (FRM) Division has successfully secured a place on eight specialist lots of the United Lincolnshire Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust’s Minor Works, Repairs and Refurbishment Framework. The appointment represents another significant achievement for the division, further strengthening Gelder’s established relationship with the NHS and reinforcing its capabilities in delivering construction, refurbishment and maintenance services within healthcare environments.
The framework provides opportunities to undertake a broad range of minor works, repairs and refurbishment projects across the Trust’s healthcare estate, supporting the ongoing maintenance and improvement of its facilities. Building on Gelder’s existing experience of delivering projects within NHS environments, the appointment demonstrates the breadth of technical expertise, management capability and specialist trades available through the FRM Division. Working within operational healthcare settings requires careful planning, effective communication and a strong commitment to health and safety, infection prevention and minimising disruption to patients, staff and essential services.
Gelder’s experienced management teams, directly employed tradespeople and established specialist supply chain provide the resources and flexibility required to deliver works safely, efficiently and to the standards expected within NHS facilities.
