Gelder Group is proud to announce that Stephen Baldwin, Health & Safety and Compliance Officer, has successfully achieved the NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction (UK) qualification – a significant milestone that reinforces the Group’s ongoing commitment to maintaining the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance across all projects.
The NEBOSH Health and Safety Management for Construction qualification is a globally respected and industry-recognised certification, specifically designed for those working in the construction sector. It provides essential knowledge on how to manage health and safety risks, identify hazards, and implement robust safety systems that protect both people and projects. Covering topics such as Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM), fire and electrical safety, working at height, excavation, and managing contractors, the course equips professionals with the tools to lead on-site safety with competence and confidence.
Commenting on the qualification, Stephen said: “Health and safety is the foundation of everything we do at Gelder Group. This qualification has deepened my knowledge of construction-specific risks and strengthened our ability to maintain the highest standards across all our operations. I’m proud to contribute to a culture where safety is always the priority.”
