Petwood Hotel, Woodhall Spa

Description

Extension to the prestigious hotel to create new function suites, office space, and main entrance, along with internal re-modelling and refurbishment to existing bedrooms to provide additional en-suite facilities. The project required a considerate and sympathetic approach towards materials in order to ensure that the new extension was in-keeping with the heritage appearance of the existing hotel.

Careful liaison was required for the duration of the contract to ensure that the day-to-day business of the hotel was not disrupted, and all works involving internal re-modelling were carried out at off-peak times in order to minimise disturbance to hotels guests.
