Gelder Group is proud to announce that it has once again been awarded accreditation under the Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter, recognising the company’s continued commitment to supporting its employees, local communities and the wider city of Lincoln.
The Lincoln Social Responsibility Charter, led by City of Lincoln Council, celebrates employers that go above and beyond in creating positive workplaces while making a meaningful contribution to their local communities. Accreditation is awarded to organisations that can demonstrate a wide range of socially responsible initiatives and activities.
Gelder Group successfully retained its accreditation by showcasing the extensive range of initiatives delivered across the business. These include investing in employee wellbeing and development, supporting local charities and community organisations, creating apprenticeship and training opportunities, promoting sustainable working practices, and encouraging staff to give back to the communities in which they live and work.
Receiving the accreditation once again reinforces Gelder Group’s long-standing commitment to being a responsible employer and a positive force within the region.
