Gelder Group’s Insurance Division recently welcomed LV=’s Brian Hodge, Head of Claims Operations; Chris Payne, Head of Networks & Engineering; and Kelly Smith, Head of Home Claims, to spend a day at its head office in Lincoln. They spent time speaking with Gelder Group’s LV= team and gaining greater insight into the Gelder claim process and the services offered by the Group.
In January of this year, Gelder Group signed a five-year partnership agreement with LV= that doubles the annual LV= instructions. This agreement not only strengthens the strong relationship that exists between the two companies, but it also sees the Gelder LV= team incorporating LV= branding into its workwear, vehicle livery, and office work areas.
