Gelder Group development team are pleased to have received planning permission for the demolition of the derelict Golden Cross Public House located at 431 – 434 High Street, Lincon to make way for a new 15 bed supported housing development with on-site management and parking.
Working in partnership with Framework Housing Association the work is due to start immediately with completion of the £2.6m scheme planned for March 2025.
On receiving planning permission CEO Steve Gelder commented:
