The annual ‘Construction Week’ event held at Lincolnshire Showground took place from the 26th – 28th September. The event which is run by LGTA (Lincoln Group Training Association) is aimed at encouraging school children to become interested in construction. Around 1200 students from schools in Lincoln attended over the 3 days and took part in sessions in technical, professional and trade careers within the construction industry.
This year Gelder Group created a painting workshop for the students to create and paint and decorate boards with their own designs. The sessions where well received and students were able to take the boards with them as a souvenir of the day.
