At 20 years old Ollie Taylor has not only completed his Apprenticeship and is now a fully qualified Contracts Manager, managing projects in excess of £3m, but has more recently led the team that re-accredited Gelder Group with:
- ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
- ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management System
- ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems
Dave Gladwin, Commercial Director at Gelder Group who interviewed and took on Ollie as an Apprentice commented:
Ollie has been emersed in the Commercial division over the last 3 years and he’s gained valuable experience which has given him the skill to be able to drive this process though.
Ollie received the ‘Team of Champions’ cup and £250 cash to be able to spend with his team celebrating.
