Gelder Group along with the project architects & consultants Keir Group secured top spot for the development of the North Sea Observatory at Chapel Point, Chapel St Leonards.

The unique building secured the award for both its design, workmanship and for being delivered on budget despite a plethora of challenges, not least of which is its location on a very windswept sea front!
The facility offers all year round facilities for families and those enjoying a walk along the beach and the building includes a cafe, public toilets, exhibitions and is an impressive gateway to the coastal county park.
Over 350 people gathered to celebrate the Construction and Property Awards in Lincolnshire, which took place at the Doubletree by Hilton in Lincoln.
Guests arrived at these prestigious awards, sponsored by Fraser Brown Solicitors and were welcomed by guest speaker, Homes Under the Hammer presenter, Martin Roberts.
