The project involved the Full Bespoke Design and Build of a new residential dwelling set within a substantial plot with its own private woodland. The accommodation comprised of 5 bedrooms – 3 with en-suites, a games room, study, sun room as well as the usual utility, kitchen, dining and living spaces.
Working with the clients from concept and enabling them to provide input at the early stages ensured the property would meet their needs. From a commercial perspective, it was just as important to ensure that it was not too personal should circumstance dictate that the property needed to be sold.
Woodland Chase is accessed off Summer Hill by electrically controlled wrought iron gates and a tarmacadam driveway. All properties are sat within extensive grounds with their own private individual woodland.
