Gelder Living development of 24 retirement flats in Gainsborough is nearing completion ahead of schedule. Development for Ongo Homes, a housing association based in Scunthorpe, the £3m development consists of 24 two bedroom flats with shared communal space and will be ready for occupation in March 2020.
