Description
This building project involved converting 2 retail outlets into 2 apartments which had 6 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in each apartment and 1 communal kitchen area. The works comprised of breaking out the existing concrete floor construction to install new foul water drains and gullies. New internal blockwork, remove and renew ceilings, new lintels to the windows and doors, installation of wet rooms with disabled adaptations, renew electrics and mechanical aspects associated with the 4 new bathrooms and heating system, the installation of a communal kitchen and new fire alarm installation.
