Gelder Group were delighted to be asked to attend the SEND Young People Learning Provision’s Careers day and awards presentation. The event was well attended by students who are looking for the next step in securing a work experience placement or apprenticeship. Many attendees had a keen interest in construction with one attendee arriving an hour before the start time to secure a meeting with our team. Following the careers event the team where invited to attend the Awards presentation in which our very own Ben Worthington was presented with a ‘Special Talent Award’. Ben has been with Gelder Group for 2 years, following a work experience placement he secured an apprenticeship and is now working in our Insurance Repair and Renovation Department.
All awardees thoroughly deserved their awards and Gelder Group was proud to be able to sponsor the awards along with Lincoln City Football Club.
