Description
This project has been delivered as a full package development to the client from land acquisition through to handover. The site had been previously used as a coal yard so remediation of the site was vital, on completion of remediation construction started on 7 No 3 bed 3 storey properties, 7 No 2 bed 2 storey properties, 1 No 3 bed 2 storey property & 2 No 2 bedroom accessible bungalows. All dwellings have been designed to code level 4, meeting all requirements of lifetime homes & secured by design, the construction of the project is timber frame & various renewable features have been included within the project to ensure compliance. Community involvement has been of high priority throughout this scheme due to the close proximity of residents to the site. The project was completed 4 weeks ahead of programme
