Description
St Leonard’s Hospital Trust required a Contractor that was competent in constructing energy efficient housing whilst maintaining the highest Health and Safety Standard and incorporating ‘green’ build.
This project consisted of a three storey new build flats providing 12 lots of 2 bedroom apartments including a passenger lift access.
The sustainable housing scheme (working to Code 4 level) comprises of a green sedum roof, solar panels with external balconies. The whole unit has been rendered and cedar cladded.
These apartments are of a high quality, energy efficient build providing an excellent source of housing to St Leonard’s Hospital Trust.
The building was constructed with careful planning and liaison with the client, enabling us to build a modern, efficient, and desirable homes in a local community.
