Gelder Group has been awarded Highly Commended for its work on the Savoy Cinema in Gainsborough at the prestigious Lincolnshire Construction & Property Awards, held yesterday.
The recognition celebrates the successful restoration and redevelopment of the Savoy building, a landmark project that has played an important role in supporting the regeneration of Gainsborough town centre.
The Savoy project presented a number of complex construction and heritage challenges, requiring careful planning, skilled craftsmanship and close collaboration between stakeholders.
