Gelder Group is proud to have supported the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust Charity through its Christmas Stars Appeal, helping to fund a new Therapy Garden for patients recovering from brain injuries at Lincoln County Hospital.
The appeal, which ran throughout December, invited organisations and individuals to sponsor a star displayed across hospital sites. Thanks to the generosity of supporters, including Gelder Group, funds raised have been dedicated therapeutic outdoor space designed to aid recovery and improve wellbeing for patients and their families.
During December alone, more than 95,000 people visited United Lincolnshire Hospitals. Many commented on the positive impact the Christmas Stars had, bringing a festive atmosphere to the hospitals and helping to lift the spirits of patients, visitors, and staff during what can be a challenging time of year.
