Gelder Group is delighted to announce that it has been awarded the Princess Royal Training Award once again, following previous wins in 2018 and 2022. The award, presented by Her Royal Highness The Princess Royal at Fishmongers’ Hall on 2 December 2025, recognises organisations across the UK and Ireland that deliver exceptional training programmes and demonstrate outstanding commitment to employee development.

The Princess Royal Training Awards are the premier awards programme for recognising training excellence, with a decade-long legacy of assessing more than 1,000 training programmes and positively impacting almost one million people.

Steve Gelder, Managing Director of Gelder Group, said:

We are absolutely delighted to receive this most prestigious training award. The rigorous assessment by City & Guilds Foundation makes the achievement feel even greater, and it is a true testament to the hard work and dedication of everyone at Gelder Group. Investing in our people has always been central to our values, and this recognition reinforces our commitment to high-quality learning and development.

Dame Ann Limb, Chair of City & Guilds Foundation, said:

The Princess Royal Training Awards recognise the critical importance of skills training and the value these skills provide for employers. Having been assessed against rigorous standards, these organisations join our ‘best-in-class’ alumni.

Gelder Group’s achievement highlights its ongoing dedication to setting the benchmark for training excellence within the construction and property sectors, driving productivity, and fostering meaningful professional growth.
