Gelder Group is proud to have delivered the transformation of the new Glebe Park Surgery at the Carlton Centre Retail Park in Lincoln — a significant investment in the city’s primary care services. As the principal contractor, we worked closely with Lincolnshire Co-op, NHS Lincolnshire Integrated Care Board (ICB), and the surgery team to convert a former retail unit into a modern, purpose-built facility that now serves thousands of patients across the area.
The new surgery triples the available clinical space, now offering eight consulting rooms, improved staff areas, and dedicated parking. Our team ensured that the build met the highest standards and was completed on time, with minimal disruption. The development was made possible through collaborative support from multiple partners.
