Yesterday the Vision team who have been working on their proposals for the last 12 months presented to the Senior Management Team at Gelder Group their Vision plans for 2025. The presentations which took place at Lincon Colleges newly refurbished Gibney Building were met with resounding enthusiasm by the SMT and invited guests. Presentations including cutting edge technology with the development of a Gelder ‘app’ which both employees and clients could access as well as the introduction of a new collaborative way of working between all departments and team building developments planned for 2025 as well as exciting plans for the development for our own on-site cafe.
All the presentations were working towards our goal set in 2022 of ‘Our People, Our Planet and Our Performance’.
